How does the employee card work?
The employee joins as a Cluby member just like a customer: with a QR code, an NFC card or a join link.
You issue them an employee card in Partner Hub free of charge. Card holders can be given staff prices or other benefits that customers don't see.
At the till, staff see that the card is valid, and the benefit is redeemed the same way as any other benefit.
In a chain, the card can be created for several venues at once, and the team's permissions are set per venue.
What do employee cards cost?
Card features are part of Cluby. Cluby is free for up to 100 members per restaurant, and after that pricing is based on member count, starting at €29 per month. Partner Hub users can be added without limit and at no extra cost.
