How an employee uses the card
Step 1: The employee installs the app
From the app store or by scanning a QR code. They can also join in the browser or by tapping an NFC card.
Step 2: The restaurant issues the employee card
The card is granted in Partner Hub by name or with a join link, and it appears on the employee's phone right away.
Step 3: The employee uses the benefit at the till
The staff benefit is activated in the app as they pay, and the till shows that the card is valid.
Step 4: Usage is recorded for the restaurant
Every use is logged in Partner Hub, so the number and cost of staff benefits are always known.

Card features are part of Cluby. Cluby is free for up to 100 members per restaurant, and after that pricing is based on member count, starting at €29 per month. Partner Hub users can be added without limit and at no extra cost.
