POS integration and loyalty program: stamps straight from your restaurant's till
When the till and the loyalty program talk to each other, a stamp is added from the purchase by itself and staff have nothing extra to do. Cluby's POS integration is available for the Restolution POS system.
The integration is optional: benefits, cards, messaging, events and ticket sales work without a POS, and a stamp can also be given with an NFC card or a code. The integration removes the manual step for restaurants with a compatible till.
What does the POS integration do?
Stamps collect automatically → when a customer buys a product on the stamp card, the stamp is recorded in the app with no extra step.
The customer is identified at the till → a QR code reader reads the customer's code, and the purchase is linked to their member profile.
No human error → a stamp is never forgotten in the rush, or given wrongly.
Same Partner Hub → setting up the integration and managing stamp cards happens in the same place as the rest of the loyalty program.
Which POS systems does Cluby connect to?
The integration is currently available for the Restolution POS system. You can set it up yourself in Partner Hub or ask us for help.

If your restaurant runs a different POS, stamps are given with an NFC card or a code. It is just as easy for the customer, and every other Cluby feature works the same way.
Where is the POS integration in use?
Kahvila Mutteri in Helsinki collects the stamps for its coffee, salad and toast cards straight from the till. Over 500 customers have taken a card and collected over 2,700 stamps since November 2023.
At Arden Restaurant Group's Bierhaus Kamppi, lunch-card stamps come from the till automatically, while at The Tower staff give them with a code. Both methods run side by side within the same group.
What does the POS integration cost?
The integration is part of Cluby. Cluby is free for up to 100 members per restaurant, and after that pricing is based on member count, starting at €29 per month. The POS system's own fees and the QR code reader come from the POS partner.
