How you earn money and get paid
Money from ticket sales and campaigns is paid to your restaurant once a month.
Money from ticket sales
You get all the money from tickets sold through Cluby. Cluby takes 0% commission on ticket sales.
The buyer pays a service fee from the price list. It is added to the ticket price when they buy.
Money back from campaigns
When your restaurant runs a campaign, you get money back every time a customer uses a campaign benefit.
The amount for each benefit is given separately for every campaign, VAT 0%.
Getting your money
Partner Hub → Billing → Settlements → Create account. Fill in your company details, bank details, and the details of the person who represents your company.
Add your settlement detailsAfter you create the account, the payments are sent automatically. In Partner Hub you can see how much you have earned and what has already been paid.
