A loyalty program for bars and pubs: bring the regulars back on quiet nights too

A pub's success is its regulars. You know them by name, but you can't tell them about the quiz or the gig when they're not there. A loyalty program gives you that channel.

With Cluby a bar gets its own customer register, loyalty benefits, events and a direct line to its customers' phones. Starting is free, and no POS integration is needed.

Why does a bar need a loyalty program?

A bar customer decides where to go on the night. If they don't know you have a quiz or a gig tonight, they go somewhere else.

A social media post reaches whoever the algorithm shows it to. A message to a loyalty member reaches them. When you know who visits you, you can invite exactly those people and reward them for coming.

What does a bar use from Cluby?

Events → the quiz, the gig and the themed night are published once, and the invitation goes to members as a push notification.

Loyalty benefits → a welcome benefit for new members, a weekly benefit for regulars, and a members-only happy hour for the quiet early evening.

Stamp card → a tap-beer card, for example, or a lunch card if you serve lunch.

Ticket sales → gig tickets in advance with no per-ticket commission, and every buyer becomes a member.

Customer register and messaging → you know who came to the last gig, and you invite them to the next one.

What does it look like in a bar's week?

On Wednesday you add Saturday's gig to Partner Hub and send members an invitation. It takes fifteen minutes.

On Thursday you send a message: quiz tonight at 7, team captains get their first pint as a member benefit. Three more tables.

After the gig you thank the ticket buyers with a message and tell them about the next one. They are already in your register, so the next gig markets itself more easily.
