A loyalty system for restaurants: your own program with no upfront investment

With Cluby, a restaurant gets its own loyalty program running in a day. Benefits, campaigns, stamp card, messaging and customer database are in one app, and starting is free for up to 100 members.

A loyal customer visits more often and spends more than a walk-in. A loyalty system makes them known to you: you know who they are, you can reward them, and you can tell them directly about a new menu, benefits and events. Cluby is not a deals app where restaurants compete on price. It is your restaurant's own program, where the benefits and the customer database are yours.

More customers, more sales

Loyalty benefits are an easy way to attract new customers and get your existing ones to buy more.

How a customer uses the loyalty program

Step 1: The customer installs the app

From the app store or by scanning the QR code on your restaurant's materials. They can also join in the browser or by tapping an NFC card at the counter.

Step 2: The customer joins your loyalty program

By picking the restaurants they like in the app. They also join automatically with their first stamp or ticket purchase.

Step 3: The customer activates a benefit at the till

Benefits are on their phone. When they come in to redeem one, they activate it in the app as they pay, and staff see it at the till.

Step 4: The data lands in your restaurant's register

Every visit, stamp and purchase builds your restaurant's own customer register, and you can use it in your marketing.

What does a restaurant loyalty system include?

Cluby brings together everything it takes to get a customer to come back:

Member benefits and campaigns → a joining benefit for new members, plus benefits redeemable daily, weekly, monthly or on chosen days. A benefit can be limited to one group, such as VIP card holders.

Digital stamp card → a lunch, coffee or product card whose stamps collect on the phone.

Member, VIP and stakeholder cards → cards that are sold or given free, subscriptions and employee cards.

Events and ticket sales → tickets sold in the app with no per-ticket sales commission.

Customer messaging → push notifications, in-app messages and emails to members.

Customer database and analytics → every member's visits and redeemed benefits, the age and gender split of your customer base, and the results of benefits and events.

Automations → for example a birthday gift that goes out to members by itself.

Why your own program instead of a deals app?

Why your own program instead of a deals app?

In a deals app your restaurant is one offer among many, and the customer relationship stays with the app's owner. With your own loyalty program:

The customer database is yours. Member data is used only by your restaurant, is never shared with others, and is handled in line with GDPR.

You decide the benefits, their timing and who sees them.

You message your customers directly, with no middleman.

Your restaurant has its own profile page in the app: logo, details, the benefits and features in use, and optionally links to table booking and the like. Customers see your restaurant, not a list of competitors.

What does a loyalty system cost?

Starting is free. Cluby costs nothing for up to 100 members per restaurant, and all features, onboarding support and marketing materials are available right away. Once you pass 100 members, pricing is based on member count and starts at €29 per month. A member is a Cluby app user who has joined your restaurant's program.

There is no setup fee, no long contract, and card payment is a free billing option. For chains and groups we build a custom package and pricing.
