Add-ons
Materials with the customer's own logo: from €39 + VAT 25.5% + applicable shipping fee. Monthly invoicing surcharge: a €5 surcharge per invoice applies for traditional invoicing (paper invoice, email invoice, or e-invoice). Credit card billing is free of charge.
Consumer service fees
Ticket sales service fees for consumers from 1 January 2026: €0–30 purchase €0.90; >€30–60 purchase €1.90; >€60–100 purchase €2.90; >€100–200 purchase €5.90. The service fee is a brokerage fee that is not refunded if the event is cancelled.
