Additional services

Materials with the customer’s logo:
From €39 + VAT 25.5%
plus applicable shipping costs.

Monthly invoicing fee:
For monthly invoicing via traditional invoice (paper invoice, email invoice, or e-invoice), a billing fee of €5 per invoice applies.

Credit card billing is free of charge.

Fees for consumers

Ticketing service fees for consumers starting January 1, 2026:

• 0 – 30 € purchase: 0,90€
• >30 – 60 € purchase: 1,90€
• >60 – 100 € purchase: 2,90€
• >100 – 200 € purchase: 5,90€

The service fee is a transaction fee and will not be refunded if the event is cancelled.
